Free Freelancing Training Opportunity — Applications Open for Youth from 48 Districts

The Department of Youth Development under the Ministry of Youth and Sports has launched the application process for the third batch of a three-month-long freelancing training course, completely free of cost. Eligible male and female youths from 48 districts across Bangladesh can apply online. No admission fee is required.

Training Details

  • Duration: July 1 to September 30 (3 months)

  • Class Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours per day

  • Total Classes: 75 sessions (600 hours in total)

  • Mode of Training: Fully offline (in-person classes)

  • Organized by: E-Learning and Earning Limited

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have passed HSC or equivalent examination

  • Age must be between 18 and 35 years

  • Applications must be submitted online via the designated link

Benefits

  • No admission or training fees

  • Daily travel allowance of BDT 200 during the training

  • Breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks will be provided

  • Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion

Mymensingh Division: Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Netrokona
Chattogram Division: Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Bandarban, Khagrachari, Rangamati, Noakhali, Feni, Brahmanbaria
Rajshahi Division: Chapainawabganj, Naogaon, Natore, Bogura, Joypurhat, Pabna, Sirajganj
Khulna Division: Khulna, Satkhira, Bagerhat, Jashore, Jhenaidah, Magura, Chuadanga, Meherpur, Kushtia
Rangpur Division: Rangpur, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Gaibandha, Nilphamari, Dinajpur, Panchagarh
Barishal Division: Barishal, Jhalokathi, Pirojpur, Patuakhali, Barguna
Sylhet Division: Habiganj, Moulvibazar

Admission & Exam Schedule

  • Application Deadline: June 12 at 11:59 PM

  • Written Test: June 17 (date, time, and venue will be informed via SMS)

  • Viva/Oral Exam: June 19 (for written test qualifiers)

  • Final Selection List Published: June 23

  • Admit Card: Download available after successful online application submission

Applicants must bring their admit card during the examination. Applications will automatically close after the deadline, and no late applications will be accepted. Admission will be based on both written and oral exams. The training program is being conducted by E-Learning and Earning Limited.
