Free Freelancing Training for Youth in Bangladesh – Government Skill Development Program

The Department of Youth Development under the Ministry of Youth and Sports has launched the application process for the third batch of a three-month-long freelancing training course, completely free of cost. Eligible male and female youths from 48 districts across Bangladesh can apply online. No admission fee is required.

Mymensingh Division: Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Netrokona
Chattogram Division: Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Bandarban, Khagrachari, Rangamati, Noakhali, Feni, Brahmanbaria
Rajshahi Division: Chapainawabganj, Naogaon, Natore, Bogura, Joypurhat, Pabna, Sirajganj
Khulna Division: Khulna, Satkhira, Bagerhat, Jashore, Jhenaidah, Magura, Chuadanga, Meherpur, Kushtia
Rangpur Division: Rangpur, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Gaibandha, Nilphamari, Dinajpur, Panchagarh
Barishal Division: Barishal, Jhalokathi, Pirojpur, Patuakhali, Barguna
Sylhet Division: Habiganj, Moulvibazar

Admission & Exam Schedule

Applicants must bring their admit card during the examination. Applications will automatically close after the deadline, and no late applications will be accepted. Admission will be based on both written and oral exams. The training program is being conducted by E-Learning and Earning Limited.
