New Political Party ‘Bangladesh Natundhara Jonotar Party’ Launched

A new political party named ‘Bangladesh Natundhara Jonotar Party’ was officially launched on Saturday. The announcement was made during a morning event held at the VIP Conference Room of the Bangladesh Shishu Kalyan Parishad on Topkhana Road, Segunbagicha, Dhaka.

Muhammad Abdul Ahad Noor has been appointed as the Convener and Mamunur Rashid Mamun as the Member Secretary of the party.

At the event, party patron A T M Momtazul Karim announced the formation of a 37-member Central Convening Committee. Other notable members of the committee include: Adviser and Freedom Fighter A K Shamsul Haque Kaba, Mufti Mohiuddin, Mufti Abdul Halim, Enam Zainal Abedin, M Habib Ullah, K M Sad Bin Rani, Faruq Alam, G M Mostafa Milon, Monowar Hossain Babul, Professor Khodadad Khan, Engineer Shahidul Islam, Advocate Jahangir, Firoz Alam, Md. Hasan Ali, Senior Joint Convener Mizanur Rahman Swapon, Joint Conveners Md. Humayun Kabir, Osman Gani Khokon, Advocate Rezaul Haque Reza, Advocate Gias Uddin Shahin, Joint Member Secretaries Isharul Hossain and Molla Md. Jamir Uddin, and Saleh Ahmed.

Other Central Convening Committee members include Monir Hossain Monir, Md. Nizamuddin Bhuiyan, Shah Md. Motahar Uddin Tapan, Kazi Sarwar Hossain, Shahadat Hossain, Mosharraf Hossain Dulal, Sarwar Hossain Jahan, Salauddin Ahmed, Tanvir Ahmed, Tajrian Alam, Md. Shafiqul Islam, and Shamim Miah, among others.

In the party’s declaration, Muhammad Abdul Ahad Noor emphasized that the party will take strong initiatives to further strengthen the country’s independence and sovereignty. Their focus will include pursuing an independent and self-reliant foreign policy, managing foreign affairs based on dignity, reinforcing defense strategies, and enhancing military strength.
